Bflysoft (CEO Lim Kyunghwan) officially launched on the 1st 'WIGOMON,' a media big data monitoring and analysis service that combines AI and human intelligence to support the identification of trends across various media, one of the biggest challenges in PR and marketing fields.
After a total development period of two years, WIGOMON monitors customized real-time issues and public opinion information from multiple online channels such as SNS, various communities, and major news outlets, and based on this, provides analysis and insight data on issue flows, reactions, and reputations. A key differentiator from other services is that it offers both media monitoring and analysis services together.
WIGOMON combines AI and human intelligence to provide analysis and insights for data-driven PR & marketing decision-making. Human In The Loop is a technology model that compensates for the incompleteness of artificial intelligence by human intervention, thereby enhancing AI’s learning capabilities to the next level. WIGOMON is implemented by combining AI’s language intelligence based on a self-developed natural language processing engine with human intelligence to improve the accuracy of real-time media monitoring and analysis services.
The WIGOMON service is composed of three main components. The first is real-time media monitoring.
By combining Flysoft’s 15 years of successful experience operating the news clipping service 'iSurfer' with AI natural language processing technology, it provides real-time customized monitoring results for news and media content. It also includes a real-time alert service for various crises or issues as they arise.
The second is the big data analysis automation service, which analyzes content collected in a customer-tailored manner.
This goes beyond simply analyzing how frequently a keyword appears and provides various big data analysis results. Using the TF-IDF technique, which identifies the weight of terms within documents, it offers related word analysis displayed as word clouds, semantic network analysis showing how key words are semantically connected, and by the second half of the year, topic modeling (classification of keywords by subject) will be added to support more comprehensive big data analysis.
Lastly, there is an insight provision service from related experts.
An analysis team composed of big data analysis experts, PR/marketing experts, and journalism experts provides analyses tailored to customer needs and situations, as well as insights and practical application methods. Consultants with master’s and doctoral-level experience and the analysis team offer related consulting and analysis reports under the name WIGO CR (Consulting Report). These reports are initially refined and analyzed by AI technology, then enriched with expert perspectives and experience to deliver content immediately applicable to PR and marketing fields.
