[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] The 'Bupyeong SK View Haemoro' in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, supplied by the SK Construction and Hanjin Heavy Industries consortium, will open a cyber model house on the 29th and begin sales. The sale price is about 16.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
This complex, supplied through the Bugaeseo Elementary School North District Housing Redevelopment Project, will be developed with 17 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, comprising 1,559 households with exclusive areas of 36 to 84㎡. Of these, 884 units are for general sale, distributed by size as follows: ▲36㎡ 112 units ▲49㎡ 11 units ▲51㎡ 40 units ▲59㎡ 161 units ▲74㎡ 178 units ▲84㎡ 382 units.
Bupyeong-gu, where the complex is located, is designated as a non-speculative overheating district and a non-application overheating area, thus relatively free from various regulations. Anyone aged 19 or older residing in the metropolitan area with a subscription to a housing subscription savings account for more than one year can apply for first-priority subscription. Homeowners are also eligible to apply. There is no restriction on re-winning, and since the full resale restriction in the metropolitan area scheduled to be implemented in August has not yet been enforced, the existing resale restriction period of six months is maintained.
SK Construction plans to provide information such as the complex model and virtual reality (VR) videos for each household through the cyber model house set up on the sales website. They also plan to release location analysis and videos for each household on the SK Construction YouTube channel.
This complex is conveniently located near Bugae Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and Bupyeong Station (transfer station for Incheon Subway Line 1), making commuting by subway convenient. Additionally, the metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line B is planned to pass through Bupyeong Station, which is expected to further enhance transportation convenience. For car users, the nearby Songnae IC and Jungdong IC on the Seoul Ring Expressway provide easy access throughout the metropolitan area.

A 'Clean Air Station' equipped with a ventilation system using H13-grade high-performance HEPA filters and air conditioning units to reduce fine dust will be installed in the waiting area for school buses within the apartment. A fine dust signal light to check air quality will be installed, and a children's park and Biotopia Garden will be created within the complex. Additionally, community facilities such as a fitness center, golf practice range, and reading room will be introduced.
Applications for special supply begin on the 8th of next month, followed by first-priority applications on the 9th and second-priority applications on the 10th. The winners will be announced on the 16th, and contracts will be signed over seven days excluding weekends from the 29th to July 7th. The scheduled move-in month is December 2022.
