[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Barun Electronics announced on the 22nd that its largest shareholder has changed to E&Plus.
The reason for the change is due to a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase. E&Plus holds 22,429,906 shares (30.44%) of Barun Electronics. The previous largest shareholder, Quantum No.1 Investment Association, is expected to become a major shareholder holding 16 million shares (21.71%).
E&Plus is a KOSPI-listed company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of fire trucks, recording sales of 40.3 billion KRW and a net loss of 30.3 billion KRW last year.
