Booyoung Supplies 'Forest Booyoung' with 10-Year Public Rental Conversion in Jinju Innovation City Perspective view of Jinju Innovation 'Forest Booyoung' (Provided by Booyoung Housing)

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Booyoung Housing announced on the 11th that it will supply the Jinju Innovation 'Forest Booyoung' rental apartments in A11 Block of Jinju Innovation City, Gyeongnam, in mid-month.

Jinju Innovation 'Forest Booyoung', built on 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, consists of 840 units of a single size of 59㎡ (exclusive area). It is a public rental apartment that can be lived in without moving worries for 10 years in the form of public rental. Unlike general jeonse contracts, the increase in deposit is limited according to related laws, and after the 10-year mandatory rental period, tenants are given priority for conversion to sale. In addition, it is supplied as a post-sale apartment, allowing immediate move-in upon contract.

Nearby the complex are Mujigae Elementary School and Daegok Middle School, making school access convenient. Also, there are many universities nearby, such as Gyeongsang National University, Yeonam Institute of Technology, and Gyeongnam National University of Science and Technology. Furthermore, Yeongcheon River and Namgang River flow near the complex, and Jinju Sports Complex and large marts are adjacent, providing a pleasant residential environment.

In terms of transportation, Namhae Expressway Munsan IC and Jinju IC are close, and using Namgang Bridge and Kim Si-min Bridge makes it easy to move to Jinju old downtown. It takes about 8 minutes by car to KTX Jinju Station and about 15 minutes by car to Sacheon Airport, enhancing accessibility to the metropolitan transportation network.

Especially, Jinju Innovation City, where the complex is located, has completed the relocation of 11 public institutions including Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) and Housing Management Corporation, resulting in abundant demand. The 11 public institutions relocated to Jinju Innovation City plan to actively promote 293 'regional development projects' worth 1.4978 trillion won this year, so demand is expected to increase along with economic ripple effects.

The promotional center for 'Forest Booyoung' is scheduled to be established at 145 Chungmugong-dong, the site location.
