[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Woomi Construction announced on the 6th that it will begin pre-sale of 'Goyang Samsong Woomi Rapiano,' located in the Samsong District of Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on the 8th.
This complex is planned to supply 527 households across block-type detached housing sites 9-1, 9-2BL, and townhouse sites B3, B6, B7BL in the Samsong District. Woomi Construction is participating as a developer along with RBDK and will also serve as the contractor.
The advantage of the complex is that residents can choose their own living space through various floor plans, and it offers security and convenience services similar to those of apartments. It provides attic rooms and terraces, which are rarely found in apartments, offering diverse spatial configurations like detached houses. A dedicated community space for residents is separately prepared, and security systems such as CCTV are installed, ensuring comprehensive residential convenience comparable to apartments.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, entry is allowed only to those who make advance visit reservations through the website from the 8th to the 14th. Reservations via the website are currently being accepted starting today. Upon entering the model house, thermal imaging cameras and non-contact temperature checks are used to screen for symptomatic individuals, and all visitors are required to sanitize their hands and wear masks.
