Free Legal Consultation, Automatic Case Search Alerts?… Lawyer Matching Platform ‘Byeonchatsa’ Launches Byeonchalsa

It is important to seek the help of a professional lawyer for various civil and criminal lawsuits. However, finding a specialized lawyer related to the client's case can present several challenges. Even if there is a law office near the client's home, it may not have the specialized lawyer the client is looking for, and even if a specialized lawyer is found, there may be concerns about how well they can represent the client.

“Byeonchalsa” (People Looking for Lawyers), recently launched by Smartro, is an application that can solve these problems. Byeonchalsa provides detailed information about specialized lawyers related to the case the client is looking for, as well as the locations of lawyers closest to the client’s home.

When accessing Byeonchalsa, the first service you encounter is the menu to search for lawyers by case type. It allows users to search for lawyers by subdividing 31 major tasks such as divorce, sexual violence, criminal cases, real estate, lease, traffic accidents, inheritance, and compensation for damages. In addition to major tasks, there are search filters by region, professional certification, gender, special qualifications, and experience.

Byeonchalsa especially provides the location of the lawyer closest to where you currently are based on location-based services. It is linked to an actual map, making it visually organized, and if the list of lawyers shown on the map does not suit the client, more detailed searches can be made using the filter function.

In addition, it offers various services such as searching for my case and free legal consultations to enhance client convenience. With just one registration, Byeonchalsa enables automatic updates of my case search from the Supreme Court, and if you install the Byeonchalsa application, real-time alerts are provided. This reduces the hassle of having to access the Supreme Court and input case information every time.

For free legal consultations, you can receive legal advice and counseling from various lawyers via phone or consultation posts. Phone consultations are free for 15 minutes, and you can also refer to actual disclosed consultation cases similar to your own case.

Meanwhile, Byeonchalsa operates a website and the application can be downloaded and used from the Google Play Store.
