Dongshin University Operates 'Happy Together' to Support Female Students' Career Choices and Employment

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Dongshin University Career Development Center (Director Oh Seongrok, Director of Student Employment Support) announced on the 10th that it operated a group counseling program called ‘Happy Together’ on the 9th to help female college students with career choices and employment.

The program helps female college students discover their strengths, gain confidence, and overcome career barriers.

Participants understood the lives of female workers, developed employment preparation strategies suited to them, and shared and discussed problem-solving methods utilizing their strengths.

Oh Seongrok, Director of the University Career Development Center, said, “We will continue to plan and operate various programs tailored to the characteristics of enrolled students.”
