[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Hyesoo] On the 5th, MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes' featured Chae Jung-an and Lee Sa-bae as intern coordinators, introducing a property in Seocho-dong.

The client, a single woman in her 30s, wanted a jeonse lease within 550 million KRW in Seoul. Noh Hong-chul and Chae Jung-an went to Seocho-dong to see the first property. The interior, unified in white and gray, created a sophisticated atmosphere. Passing through the slightly narrow entrance, there was a living room combined with a kitchen with high ceilings.

The high ceiling was accented with chandelier-like lighting, and the full options included an oven, electric rice cooker, induction cooktop, and washing machine. Additionally, the house had many attractive features such as hidden storage spaces throughout and a second living room completely finished in white.

Seeing the storage space even in the second living room, Yang Se-hyung commented, "These days, minimal life is trending, but is that much storage space really necessary?" Kim Sook explained, "When living alone, you tend to have quite a few things to organize." The panelists deeply agreed with this. Noh Hong-chul added, "Since the client is a YOLO type, a lot of storage space is needed. No matter how much there is, it’s never enough."

Meanwhile, Chae Jung-an looked at the window and said, "If the lighting is too good, it would be really hot in the summer..." Noh Hong-chul jokingly suspected her, saying, "Did the other team send this? Did Narae send it?" which caused laughter. However, Chae Jung-an rebutted, "I’m really looking at it thinking I would live here."

In response, Noh Hong-chul pointed to the ceiling and said, "That’s why there’s an air conditioner," which impressed the panelists. Yang Se-hyung was amazed, saying, "The options are luxurious." Especially notable was that the house had two bathrooms and a jeonse price of 430 million KRW, leaving 120 million KRW under the client’s budget of 550 million KRW.

MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes,' where stars find homes on behalf of busy modern people, airs every Sunday at 10:40 PM.
