According to the Korea Real Estate Board, since the lifting of the regulated area designation in November, Haeundae-gu has recorded the highest number of sales transactions in Busan. From November last year to February this year, there were 4,718 housing sales transactions and 4,169 apartment sales transactions. These figures represent the highest transaction volumes among Busan’s autonomous districts, and Haeundae-gu is the only district where both housing and apartment sales transactions exceeded 4,000.

External investment is also surging. According to the Korea Real Estate Board, from November to February, after regulations were eased, the number of residential property (housing and apartments combined) purchases by non-local buyers in Haeundae-gu was 1,702. This is more than three times the 452 purchases made in the previous four months.
