The newly released ‘Kyochon Red & Honey Half-and-Half Boneless’ is a half-and-half menu that lets customers taste Kyochon’s signature Red Series and Honey Series together. By combining the spicy Red Boneless and the sweet Honey Boneless, it maximizes the appeal of spicy and sweet flavors. Additionally, it boasts a soft and moist texture by using 100% domestically sourced meat and tenderloin cuts.
The Red & Honey Half-and-Half Boneless was launched in response to continuous customer requests for a half-and-half combination of the Red Series and Honey Series.
The Red Boneless in the half-and-half set uses a red sauce made from freshly squeezed domestic Cheongyang red chili peppers instead of artificial capsaicin, offering a clean spicy taste that has built a loyal fan base. The Honey Boneless is loved for its sweet and salty flavor combination, using honey sauce made from domestically sourced acacia honey rather than farmed honey.
