According to Hampyeong Fire Station on the 9th, the infection control room is a facility equipped with cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization equipment aimed at preventing secondary infections of paramedics and ambulance users that may be exposed during the transport and treatment of emergency patients.

Head Ma stated, “Regarding ‘COVID-19,’ strict management of the infection control room is necessary to ensure that the firefighting functions responsible for disaster safety situations are not disrupted,” and added, “Additionally, the personnel working on-site should do their best in patient management to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
