Yoon’s English Basic is an online English learning product that allows students to choose their managing teacher. Students engage in self-directed learning at home with 20 sessions per month (including textbooks and audio materials) and receive one-on-one online managed classes with a teacher once a week. Parents can check the teacher’s experience and teaching style on the website and select their preferred teacher directly.
This service is mainly preferred by parents who find home visits by teachers burdensome. The company explains that preference for this method has been increasing recently as more people want to study English safely at home due to COVID-19.
The tuition fee is a monthly flat rate of 69,000 KRW, and if desired, the online English library service 'I-deul-i Book' can be added.
