Goo Hara's Biological Brother Expresses Longing: "Be Born as Oppa's Daughter, I Will Raise You with Love"

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] The late singer Goo Hara's older brother posted a heartfelt message of longing for his sister on social media.

On the 3rd, Goo Hara's brother wrote on his Instagram, "Our Hara, who used to sing about wanting to see her niece while even buying her supplements. My sister, who said she would do anything for her first child and even send her to college."

He continued, "At the funeral, I prayed, 'Please be born as oppa's daughter. Since we didn't receive love from our biological mother, oppa will give you love and raise you well.' A week later, the wish came true, and she is my daughter."

He added, "I named her Harin, which you said was pretty. Please watch over my niece as she is born and grows well. If I had known the news just a week earlier, would this have happened? I'm sorry and miss you so much," expressing his longing for Goo Hara.

Goo Hara debuted in 2008 as a member of the group Kara and received great love not only in Korea but also overseas in Japan and China.

She suddenly passed away on November 24, 2019.
