Previously, a Shincheonji official stated that they were considering a press conference but said that the 2nd would be difficult due to venue arrangements.
The organization had announced a press conference on the 24th of last month but switched to an online live broadcast to deliver their statement, citing difficulties in securing a venue.
Meanwhile, Shincheonji stated that Chairman Lee underwent a COVID-19 test on February 29 and received a negative result on the 2nd.
