Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance announced on the 27th that it was selected as an excellent financial company for the 'One Company One School Financial Education' program and received the Financial Supervisory Service Commissioner Award for the second consecutive year.

Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance began financial education targeting youth in 2009 as part of its sharing management activities, and since 2015, it has been operating the program in collaboration with the Financial Supervisory Service under the 'One Company One School Financial Education' initiative.

In 2018, the number of partnered schools for financial education increased from 83 to 143, and it has been operating differentiated experiential education programs.

A Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance official stated, "Financial education is the first step toward protecting financial consumers," adding, "This year, we plan to further strengthen the One Company One School Financial Education by expanding the target audience to financially vulnerable groups such as single-parent families and improving the existing experiential education programs."
