Preliminary Candidate Shin Jeong-hoon Operates 72-Hour Clean Election Monitoring Team

The monitoring team is composed of the headquarters leaders of Shin Jeong-hoon's campaign committee and the heads of local campaign committees, and will monitor various illegal and unlawful election activities for 72 hours from the 27th until the day before the primary on the 31st.

They have pledged to take strong action, including filing complaints, if serious illegal acts such as providing money or entertainment to voters are detected.

In particular, to prepare for illegal elections at multi-use facilities such as village halls and senior centers, the Clean Election Monitoring Team plans to establish an emergency contact network to respond to any unforeseen situations.

Additionally, anticipating a surge in slander and the spread of false information against candidate Shin in the final stages of the primary, they have organized a legal advisory group and are strengthening monitoring activities.

The monitoring team urged, "If there are serious criminal acts such as money distribution or illegal activities that could distort voters' intentions, we ask the citizens of the city and county to actively report to the election commission, police, or the 72-hour Clean Election Monitoring Team."
