[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jeong Soon-gyun) held a COVID-19 countermeasure meeting chaired by Mayor Jeong Soon-gyun at 9 a.m. on the 25th in the 4th-floor conference room of Gangnam-gu Office.

In this meeting, measures and response situations by each department to prevent the spread of COVID-19 were discussed.

Currently, Gangnam-gu is using professional disinfection companies to disinfect 50 elderly welfare facilities in the area, and has also conducted disinfection in crowded places and locations frequently visited by foreigners.

Additionally, efforts are being made to check the health status of low-income vulnerable groups and provide guidance on COVID-19 safety rules to prevent further spread.
