GemVax Acquires 2.55 Million Shares of Samsung Pharmaceutical for 10 Billion Won

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] GemVax announced on the 21st that it will additionally acquire 2,555,583 shares of its affiliate Samsung Pharmaceutical, a company engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales, for approximately 10 billion KRW.

After acquiring the shares, GemVax's stake in Samsung Pharmaceutical will be 11.4%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is the 2nd of next month.
