Temporary Closure of Hyundai Department Store Daegu Branch After COVID-19 Confirmed Case Visit

Hyundai Department Store Daegu Branch, confirmed to have been visited by the 33rd confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), will temporarily close on the 20th. Hyundai Department Store announced that the Daegu branch will enter temporary closure from 6 PM on the same day, immediately after the confirmation of the COVID-19 confirmed case's visit.

A Hyundai Department Store official stated, "It was confirmed by health authorities that the 33rd confirmed case visited the store around 1 PM on the 15th, leading to the decision for temporary closure," and added, "To ensure the safety of customers and employees, we will thoroughly carry out disinfection and hygiene management according to the government's 'Workplace Novel Coronavirus Response Guidelines'." The reopening date will be decided in consultation with health authorities.
