[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Samsung Electronics has decided to sell the 'Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne Edition,' launching on the 21st, exclusively online.
On the 19th, Samsung Electronics announced that the Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne Edition will be sold only through the Samsung Electronics website. It will be available for purchase on Samsung.com starting at midnight on the 21st.
Originally, the plan was to sell the product at Digital Plaza Samsung Daechi Branch, Gangnam Main Branch, Busan Main Branch, 10 Corso Como Cheongdam Branch, and Avenue L Branch, but the offline sales plan was canceled and switched to online-only sales.
Samsung Electronics explained, "To prevent confusion at the sales locations such as lining up in front of stores and to consider customer convenience, safety, and health, we decided to change from offline sales at some stores to online sales."
The Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne Edition is a limited edition created in collaboration between Samsung Electronics and the fashion brand Thom Browne. The Galaxy Z Flip features Thom Browne's signature colors and tricolor patterns, and the same design is applied to the 'Galaxy Watch Active2' and 'Galaxy Buds+,' which are also provided together. Product delivery will begin on March 4. The price is 2.97 million KRW.
