LG Electronics announced on the 13th that it will hold the 'Happy Moments with LG Mobile' event targeting customers using LG smartphones until the 20th. Customers who wish to participate can post their fun and happy experiences using LG smartphones on Instagram LG Mobile with hashtags starting from that day. LG Electronics plans to select outstanding stories from the submissions and award two grand prize winners with LG V50S ThinQ smartphones and ten runners-up with mobile gift certificates.
This event was planned following the durability of LG smartphones becoming a hot topic after a scene aired on a variety show where comedian Shin Bongseon accidentally dropped her LG G6 but retrieved it in perfect condition. At that time, even after falling from a 50m-high bridge, the product was not significantly damaged and worked perfectly.
