Providing AI Technologies such as 'Britiworks', Chatbots, and Text Analysis
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Samsung SDS announced on the 10th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with PwC Consulting to expand AI-based business innovation projects.
Through this agreement, Samsung SDS will provide AI technologies such as the AI-based RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution 'Brity Works,' chatbots, and text analysis. PwC Consulting will perform integrated consulting for corporate business innovation.
Brity Works, developed in-house by Samsung SDS, is an AI-based conversational work automation solution that automates repetitive tasks to reduce error rates, cut costs, and revolutionize work productivity.
More than 30 companies, including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Suhyup Bank, and E-Land, have already adopted Brity Works to automate tasks such as material status analysis, customer response, and sales management.
In particular, 83% of all Samsung SDS employees participate in business innovation through Brity Works, automating about 17,800 internal tasks and saving 550,000 hours over nine months.
Hong Won-pyo, CEO of Samsung SDS, said, "Samsung SDS has secured solutions that concentrate AI technology capabilities and business experience," adding, "Through business cooperation with PwC Consulting, we will expand external business and actively support companies' digital transformation."
