In response to the client's requirements, Yang Sehyung and Yoo Seyoon introduced a detached house resembling a cafe. This house featured an impressive wide yard perfect for barbecue parties and a traditional Korean porch (toetmaru).

The interior includes a spacious living room and kitchen, and the utility room is also designed broadly, making it ideal as a secondary kitchen. In particular, Yang Sehyung emphasized the geothermal heating and cooling system, which costs only 150,000 won. This system can reduce heating and cooling costs by more than 70% compared to oil boilers.

Additionally, the second floor has a large living room, balcony, dressing room, a master bedroom with a bathroom, and small rooms for the two sons.

The client's budget was 450 million won, and the house's sale price was 380 million won.
