SEVENTEEN's agency, Pledis Entertainment, posted a notice on their official website on the 9th, stating, "Due to the serious situation of the novel coronavirus spreading worldwide, the SEVENTEEN world tour scheduled for February and March has been canceled to protect the health and safety of our artists and fans."
They added, "Prioritizing the health and safety of the artists, audience, and staff, this decision was made to prevent further spread of damage," and "We have regrettably canceled the SEVENTEEN world tour."

Previously, SEVENTEEN had been conducting their world tour, visiting major cities in North American countries such as the United States and Mexico since early this year.
