[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Hyundai Department Store announced on the 6th that Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch, where a confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (Wuhan Pneumonia) visited, will be temporarily closed.
According to Hyundai Department Store, Hyundai Outlet Songdo Branch was temporarily closed from 3:30 PM on the same day.
The company explained that the temporary closure was decided after it was confirmed that the first confirmed case of the novel coronavirus, who visited Singapore and returned, had visited Hyundai Outlet Songdo Branch around 4:30 PM on the 1st.
A representative of Hyundai Outlet Songdo Branch said, “To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus and ensure the safety of customers and employees, we will thoroughly implement disinfection and hygiene management according to the government’s workplace novel coronavirus infection response guidelines,” adding, “We will decide on the reopening schedule after consulting with health authorities.”
