On the 30th of last month, a post appeared on an online community stating that Oh Hyunjoong had placed masks on the taxi seats for his father, who works as a taxi driver, and for the passengers.

The netizen who wrote the post said it was an experience his girlfriend had, stating, "My girlfriend took a taxi while she had lost her mask, and the driver told her that there were multiple passenger masks available in the seat area." He added, "The masks had a note that read, 'Father, please always wear a mask. Since passengers might misunderstand and feel scared, I placed these masks in the back seat for passengers to use.'"

When the girlfriend asked the taxi driver about the masks after seeing the note, the driver reportedly replied, "My son gave them," and added, "He is not famous, but he works as an actor."

Later, the netizen found out through a search that the actor was Oh Hyunjoong, and sent a thank-you message via messenger after finding Oh Hyunjoong's Instagram.

According to the netizen's post, Oh Hyunjoong responded, "Hello. Yes, that's me. Thanks to your verification message, today has become a meaningful day."

Meanwhile, Oh Hyunjoong continues his acting career with supporting roles in films such as Spring Again and dramas like Doctor John.
