Bodyfriend Launches World's First Air Quality Measuring Massage Chair

Real-Time Monitoring of a Total of 8 Types of Air Quality

Bodyfriend Launches World's First Air Quality Measuring Massage Chair

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] A massage chair capable of measuring indoor air quality has been released. Bodyfriend (CEO Park Sang-hyun) announced on the 29th that it has launched the world's first massage chair 'Azera Air' that can measure air quality.

This product adds air quality monitoring functions for a total of eight harmful substances, including temperature and humidity, fine dust, radon, volatile organic compounds, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and highly toxic formaldehyde, to the existing 'Azera' massage chair.

Air quality measurement is performed by seven sensors installed on the back of the massage chair, and the real-time monitored air quality measurement values are displayed in four stages through the massage chair's remote control and a dedicated mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the app). The measured data can be checked cumulatively, enabling continuous indoor air quality management.

The massage function is also excellent. Six massage balls provide a wider and deeper massage to the neck and back areas. A 'Slow Program,' which operates slower than typical massages allowing people of all ages to receive massages without burden, and a 'Low Noise Program,' composed mainly of low-noise movements for easy use even at night, have also been applied.

To commemorate the launch of 'Azera Air,' Bodyfriend is also holding a special event until the 31st. The first 50 customers who purchase Azera Air on the shopping mall 'Auction' will receive a significant price discount as well as a free wireless neck and shoulder massager.
