The target projects include construction, extension, and repair of business buildings and facilities, replacement of equipment and supplies, brand development, and packaging production. The support budget totals 500 million KRW, with 300 million KRW for facility improvement and 200 million KRW for management stabilization.
Small business owners who have had their address in Sangju City for more than three years and have operated the relevant business for more than three years can submit an application form and related documents to the welfare center of the jurisdictional eup, myeon, or dong where the business is located by the 6th of next month.
Jo Seong-hee, Acting Mayor of Sangju City, said, "We expect this to contribute not only to increasing the income of small business owners who have the will to improve but face difficulties due to economic recession and financial difficulties, but also to revitalizing the local economy."
