On the 27th, the Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Tomorrow (the 28th), the country will be on the edge of a high-pressure system expanding from northern China," adding, "Rain or snow will fall in the central inland areas and the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk."
Expected precipitation on the 28th is △30-80mm in Gangwon Yeongdong, Gyeongsang coast, and Jeju Island △20-60mm in Gyeongsang Province, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo △10-40mm in Jeolla Province △5-20mm in the central region.
Morning low temperatures by region are expected to be △Seoul 4°C △Daejeon 4°C △Daegu 5°C △Busan 6°C △Jeonju 3°C △Gwangju 5°C △Cheongju 4°C △Chuncheon 3°C △Gangneung 4°C △Jeju 9°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 5°C.
Daytime high temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 8°C △Daejeon 9°C △Daegu 10°C △Busan 11°C △Jeonju 9°C △Gwangju 10°C △Cheongju 8°C △Chuncheon 7°C △Gangneung 6°C △Jeju 11°C.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions.
