Car Bomb Explosion in Syria... At Least 7 Dead

On the 15th (local time), a man is walking through the rubble of a building in Idlib City, Idlib Province, the last rebel stronghold bombed by the Syrian government forces.

On the 26th (local time), a vehicle loaded with explosives detonated in the city of Azaz in Idlib Province, northwestern Syria, killing at least seven people and injuring more than 20, AFP reported.

The report cited the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK London-based monitoring group on the Syrian civil war, stating, "It is unclear whether all the casualties are civilians, and the perpetrators have not yet been identified."

Azaz is an area controlled by pro-Turkish rebel forces, and the explosion occurred in a crowded area known for its concentration of restaurants and shops.
