He continued, "I will continuously negotiate with the Ministry of National Defense to improve the flight training guidelines so that noise damage can be reduced until the military airport is relocated and bring about an agreement," and said, "We will adjust the number of flight trainings, flight altitude, and flight time, and especially obtain a promise from the Ministry of National Defense to use military airports in areas with less noise damage for the highest difficulty flight trainings that generate very high noise."
