According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, due to the influence of a low-pressure system passing south of Jeju Island, rain that began in Jeju is expected to expand to the southern regions by dawn. Additionally, rain will fall in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Gangwon Province starting in the afternoon.
Expected precipitation on the 27th is △Jeju Island 30?80 mm △Gyeongsang Province, Ulleungdo, Dokdo 20?60 mm △Jeolla Province 10?40 mm △Central regions and the five West Sea islands 5?20 mm.
Morning low temperatures by region are expected to be △Seoul 3°C △Daejeon 6°C △Daegu 6°C △Jeonju 6°C △Gwangju 7°C △Busan 9°C △Chuncheon 2°C △Gangneung 3°C △Jeju 11°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 4°C.
Daytime high temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 7°C △Daejeon 7°C △Daegu 8°C △Jeonju 7°C △Gwangju 8°C △Busan 10°C △Chuncheon 6°C △Gangneung 7°C △Jeju 12°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 7°C.
Meanwhile, the Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "There will be gusts of wind along with thunder and lightning in Jeju Island and the southern sea areas," urging "special caution for facility management and safety accidents."
