[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Lim Juhyung] Japanese actress Yanagi Yurina (25) is in a relationship with Takumi Minamino (25, Liverpool FC), who is active in the English Premier League (EPL).

On the 24th (local time), the Japanese media outlet 'News Post Seven' reported that Yanagi is dating Minamino.

According to the media, the two became close after being introduced by Yanagi's older sister and developed into a romantic relationship. It is known that they are currently maintaining a long-distance relationship, traveling between Japan and Europe.

On the same day, Yanagi's agency stated, "The two are having a good relationship," and added, "Since they prioritize each other's work, we ask for warm support."

Meanwhile, Yanagi Yurina debuted as an actress through an audition in 2013. She has appeared in Japanese films such as 'Hurricane Polymar,' 'Vampire Knight,' and 'Cheer Dance.'

Takumi Minamino debuted in the J League in 2013 by joining Cerezo Osaka. He is currently active at Liverpool.
