[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Lim Juhyung] Haneul, a shopping mall CEO and YouTuber, has admitted to and apologized for allegations of school violence.

On the afternoon of the 24th, Haneul posted on her Instagram, "I am ashamed of my past behavior when I was immature," and said, "I sincerely want to apologize to everyone who was hurt, so I am writing this post."

She added, "When I thought from the other person's perspective, I felt nothing but sorry," and "I hope I am given a chance to apologize. I feel heavy-hearted for disappointing everyone."

Earlier, a netizen claiming to be a classmate of Haneul raised controversy by alleging on social media that Haneul was a perpetrator of school violence.

The netizen claimed that during school days, Haneul took money from them and assaulted them multiple times, and these claims spread through online communities.

Hello, this is Haneul.

I am truly ashamed of my immature behavior in the past. I am writing this because I sincerely want to apologize to everyone who was hurt by my actions and words during my childhood.

While receiving a lot of love from many people, I always felt uneasy and scared because of my past actions.

As the attention increased, my anxiety grew, and I tried harder to live well. After reflecting deeply and thinking from the other person's perspective, I felt nothing but sincere remorse.

To those who were hurt by me, it may be difficult to face me because of the wounds from the past, but I want to meet you in person, talk, and sincerely apologize. I hope you will give me a chance to apologize. I am truly sorry to those who were hurt and harmed by my actions.
