Floence Holds '2020 Vision Meeting'... Discussing New Year Management Strategies

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] Florence, a company specializing in the development and operation of the construction and construction platform GongsaPD (CEO Kim Cheolmin), recently held the 'Nationwide Stations and Staff, 2020 Florence Vision Meeting' and announced on the 22nd that they discussed plans to revitalize business and management strategies for the new year.

At the meeting, various strategies related to management were discussed, including strategies to become the best company, business revitalization plans, establishment of new business affiliates to lead the market, development and operation plans for new NCS certifications, and training and education for construction managers.

In particular, Lee Heesoo, newly appointed Chief Business Officer, proposed the establishment of an 'Integrated Network Platform' that strengthens marketing and networking based on three major revenue models: ▲ GongsaPD platform (GongsaHero professional consultants) ▲ GongsaPD Environment Energy waste-related business (Recycle Cloud Mall business within the specialized platform) ▲ Lifelong Education Center business (development of new certifications).

A Florence official emphasized, "We plan to rapidly globalize our business model starting with Vietnam through various business infrastructures, regional stations, and the operation of construction infrastructure and service industry platforms."
