Lotte Cultureworks to Host Hwang Jung-min's 'Star Chair' at Jamsil on the 31st

Actor Hwang Jung-min looks back on the movie "You Are My Destiny," which he starred in 15 years ago. Lotte Cultureworks announced on the 22nd that Hwang Jung-min will participate in the "Happy Ending Star Chair" event held at Lotte Cinema World Tower on the 31st at 7:30 PM. This is a social contribution program where actors select a meaningful region and movie to engage in conversations with the audience and donate the proceeds. Last year, actors such as Lee Byung-hun, Jung Woo-sung, Kim Hye-ja, Jo In-sung, Sol Kyung-gu, Lee Young-ae, Ju Ji-hoon, and Lee Je-hoon participated.

Hwang Jung-min chose "You Are My Destiny," which earned him the Best Actor award at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. In this film, he played the role of the innocent rural bachelor Kim Seok-jung, receiving much love. After the screening, he plans to share behind-the-scenes stories and memories from Jamsil during a talk with the audience. The ticket sales proceeds will be donated to a local children's center. The seat designated by Hwang Jung-min as the "Star Chair" will be covered with a specially made cover engraved with the actor's name, and the revenue generated from this seat for one year will be donated.
