Same-Day Delivery Service for Usim in Seoul Area Launched

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 21st that it has launched a 'same-day delivery service' that completes Usim delivery on the day of purchase when subscribing to the financial and telecommunications convergence service 'Liiv M' in partnership with the ICT startup company 'Chainlogis.'

The 'same-day delivery service' is provided twice daily to customers residing in Seoul and some areas of Gyeonggi Province. Ahead of the service launch, KB Kookmin Bank improved its logistics process for same-day delivery by organizing Usim purchase customer data and increasing delivery preparation frequency from once daily to three times daily.

With this service introduction, customers who subscribe to telecommunications services through Liiv M can receive their Usim on the day of purchase, complete activation, and start using the telecommunications service. Additionally, depending on the purchase time, Usim delivery is made at an expected time for the customer, and Usim can be received at desired locations such as the office or home.

A KB Kookmin Bank official stated, "With this service, the time required from Liiv M subscription to activation for customers in Seoul and the metropolitan area will be significantly reduced, resolving inconveniences caused by delivery delays," adding, "We will continue to do our best to introduce innovative and diverse financial and telecommunications convergence services that customers can truly experience."
