Busan City Accelerates Efforts to Develop Citizen-Centered 'Job Policies'

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Yoseop] Busan City is accelerating efforts to establish job policies that citizens can truly feel.

Busan City announced that it will hold the "4th Job Committee Meeting" at 2 p.m. on the 17th in the 26th-floor conference room of Busan City Hall.

The meeting will be attended by about 20 job committee members and will proceed with ▲ awarding certificates of commendation to contributors to job creation last year ▲ presenting major achievements of last year's job policies and directions for this year's job policies ▲ reviewing Busan City's application plan for the Ministry of Employment and Labor's "Employment Stability Preemptive Response Package Support Project."

Oh Keo-don, Mayor of Busan, said, "We will not be satisfied with last year's improvement in employment indicators, and this year we will check whether the effects of job policies and projects are well felt by citizens."
