[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] On the morning of the 16th, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo-gu, watched children reading thank-you letters for the positive changes in the village at the ‘Dangsan 1-dong New Year's Meeting’ held at the Dangsan 1-dong Community Center.

To welcome the new year of the Year of the Rat, the district held New Year's meetings by neighborhood to reflect on the past year and listen to residents' opinions in order to outline the 2020 blueprint.

Mayor Chaehyunil will visit all 18 neighborhood community centers in the district by the 31st, spending time with residents through announcements of the 2020 district administration direction, dialogues with residents, and visits to current issue sites.
