On the morning of the 13th, KBS1's 'Morning Yard' aired a special episode titled 'True to Its Name,' featuring actors Hong Seung-beom, Kwon Young-kyung, Kim Yani, Hapgi, Park Shin-hye, Carson Ellen, and Han Ga-bin.
During the broadcast, Han Ga-bin said, "Sam Hammington and Kim Soo-hyun, who are known by everyone in South Korea, as well as trot singers Park Sang-chul and Jang Yoon-jung, have also started as reenactment actors," adding, "I am also following in the footsteps of my seniors, working hard at both singing and acting," expressing her ambition to become a reenactment actor and singer.
Han Ga-bin also demonstrated her acting skills on the spot with announcer Lee Jung-min.
Han Ga-bin delivered the line, "You are a year older, so standing for an hour must hurt your knees," and added, "Wouldn't I, who is ten years younger, be better?" The announcer responded, "Ga-bin, are you acting based on age? You need skill to be on air," eliciting laughter from the cast.
Han Ga-bin also described herself by saying, "I am carrying on the spirit of my seniors by singing and acting."
As a third-year singer who has released a full-length album, Han Ga-bin appeared on real-time search rankings and earned the opportunity to perform her song 'Kkotbaram' (Flower Wind). Her passionate rendition of 'Kkotbaram' received applause from the cast.
Meanwhile, Han Ga-bin gained attention by appearing on TV Chosun's entertainment program 'Tomorrow's Miss Trot.' On December 26 of last year, she also attracted netizens' interest by uploading a cover video of singer Can's new song 'Kwaenam' (Cool Guy).
