[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Sung-yeol] Actress Go Eun-ah revealed the seniority bullying she experienced from a certain actress on a past filming set.
On the 8th, a video titled "You Didn't Know It Was This Bad? Actors' Power Struggles" featuring Go Eun-ah and her brother Mir, a member of the idol group MBLAQ, was uploaded on Mir's YouTube channel 'Mirbang'.
In the broadcast, Mir asked Go Eun-ah about the seniority bullying among actors.
Go Eun-ah opened up, saying, "I will honestly share what I went through."
She said, "In a project where I was honored to have a major role, at first all the staff treated me well," adding, "I was close with the staff, but one day suddenly they stopped eating with me and began avoiding me."
She continued, "When I directly asked one of the staff members the reason, they told me, 'You (Go Eun-ah) have been badmouthing other actors and staff,'" and revealed, "It turned out that a certain actress was spreading rumors on the set."
Go Eun-ah, who was a rookie at the time and thought that the actress was jealous because she was leading the atmosphere on set, said, "In the end, I couldn't even get an apology and finished the project feeling hurt," adding, "That person probably doesn't even remember hurting me."
After hearing this, Mir summarized the story by saying, "These kinds of incidents are not uncommon."
