「Today's Recipe」 Kkakdugi Fried Rice

▷Ingredients (Serves 2)

1 cup of kkakdugi (ripe), 5-6 stalks of silpa (green onions), 2 tsp perilla oil, 0.2 tsp sugar, 2 bowls of cooked rice, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp whole sesame seeds



▷Instructions

★ Cooking time: 20 minutes

「Today's Recipe」 Kkakdugi Fried Rice 1. Cut the radish into large cubes and finely chop the scallions.


「Today's Recipe」 Kkakdugi Fried Rice 2. Add perilla oil to the pan and stir-fry the kkakdugi for about 2 to 3 minutes.


「Today's Recipe」 Kkakdugi Fried Rice 3. Add the rice and stir-fry well with the other ingredients to blend them together, then season with salt and pepper.
(Tip: Cold rice should be warmed up before stir-frying so the seasoning is absorbed evenly and it cooks well.)



「Today's Recipe」 Kkakdugi Fried Rice 4. Sprinkle chopped green onions and whole sesame seeds.
