▷Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 cup of kkakdugi (ripe), 5-6 stalks of silpa (green onions), 2 tsp perilla oil, 0.2 tsp sugar, 2 bowls of cooked rice, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp whole sesame seeds
▷Instructions
★ Cooking time: 20 minutes
1. Cut the radish into large cubes and finely chop the scallions.
2. Add perilla oil to the pan and stir-fry the kkakdugi for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the rice and stir-fry well with the other ingredients to blend them together, then season with salt and pepper. (Tip: Cold rice should be warmed up before stir-frying so the seasoning is absorbed evenly and it cooks well.)
4. Sprinkle chopped green onions and whole sesame seeds.
