The LH Uijeongbu Gosan Newlywed Hope Town S6 Block, currently available for sale, will begin accepting applications from January 2, 2020. With excellent future value and outstanding living conditions, it is attracting significant attention in the real estate market.
The Uijeongbu Gosan District Newlywed Hope Town S6 Block, developed across Gosan-dong, Millak-dong, and Singok-dong in Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province, consists of a total of 880 households in types 55A, 55B, and 55C. Among these, 587 public sale units in the S6 Block will accept applications through the LH subscription center from January 2 to 3, 2020. Remaining units will be supplied later as Happy Housing.
Located within the district are well-connected transportation networks including the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway (Millak IC) and the Seoul Ring Expressway (Uijeongbu IC), offering fast and convenient transit. Planned transportation developments are diverse, such as the extension of Subway Line 7 (confirmed at Tapseok Station) and the Metropolitan Area Circular Railway of Subway Line 8 (planned). Once the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) opens, the Seoul Gangnam area will be reachable within 30 minutes. This area is expected to command the highest premium as an apartment complex in the “Seoul-adjacent” zone and is recognized as a key transportation hub in the northeastern region.
To the south of the Uijeongbu Gosan District, a complex cultural convergence zone is planned for development. Residents will also broadly share the living infrastructure of the already completed Uijeongbu Millak 2 District. Surrounded by natural healing environments such as Suraksan, Yongamsan, and Buyongsan mountains, the residential environment is pleasant. Near the LH Uijeongbu Gosan Newlywed Hope Town S6 Block are Buyongcheon Stream and neighborhood parks.
Various tourism, leisure, and cultural infrastructures are also being established near the Uijeongbu Gosan District. Development is underway divided into commercial and tourism zones and urban infrastructure, heralding the birth of an optimal cultural complex. Planned facilities include a global K-POP cluster, Pororo Theme Land, family hotels, various performance halls, premium outlets, and corporate rental housing. This combination of performance venues, experiential spaces, and recreational content is why the area is expected to evolve into a cultural tourism city.
The complex will feature various community facilities, enhancing convenience for residents. Intensive childcare and educational facilities such as daycare centers, communal childcare rooms, resident cafes, and indoor playgrounds where children can play regardless of weather will be provided within the complex. Specialized spaces linked to these facilities will also be established.
Additionally, themed playgrounds, exercise spaces promoting residents’ health, and family play areas decorated with diverse themes for various play activities are planned.
An official stated, “We are actively developing the Uijeongbu Gosan District to create a clean and vibrant city, and we expect the future value of the district to increase further. Various living infrastructures are also factors that enhance the location of the Uijeongbu Gosan Newlywed Hope Town.”
The supply targets for the Newlywed Hope Town are non-homeowners who are newlyweds within seven years of marriage, prospective newlyweds who can prove marriage within one year from the announcement date, and single-parent families with children under six years old. The Uijeongbu Gosan Newlywed Hope Town model house will be open until January 3 and is located at 296-1 Millak-ro, Uijeongbu City.
