IU to release 2nd full-length album in two weeks

Korean songstress IU will release her second studio album in two weeks time, according to her agency Loen Entertainment on Thursday. Loen said in a press release that IU's second full-length album will hit stores on November 29 and the tracklist will be revealed next Tuesday. The agency also unveiled a teaser photo of the teenage popstar donned in black with her hair in pigtails. In the meantime, IU, who recently signed with EMI Music Japan, will expand her singing career into Japan with the release of her licensed album and DVD on December 14. She will also hold her first showcase in Tokyo in January next year and release her official Japanese debut single the following month. IU, whose real name is Lee Ji-eun, made her debut with her first mini-album "Lost and Found" in September 2008.
