Director Shin Seonggi Personally Inspects
Completion Site of Yeondo Village Relocation Complex
On the 25th, Shin Seonggi, Director of the Urban Public Development Bureau of Changwon Special City in South Gyeongsang Province, visited urban development project sites in Jinhae-gu to inspect the progress of the projects.
This inspection was conducted to review the final stage of the relocation complex development project for residents of Yeondo Village in Jinhae-gu, who are relocating due to the Busan New Port development project. He then visited the two sites in Myeongdong 2 District and Jaeun District in turn and reviewed the future schedule as well.
The urban development projects in Myeongdong 2 District (around 22 Myeongdong, 21 households) and Jaeun District (around 547-4 Jaeun-dong, 19 households) each completed their site preparation works in August and late October last year, respectively. Currently, administrative procedures for project completion are underway, and in March, Busan Port Authority plans to sell residential lots to the relocated residents.
Shin Seonggi, Director of the Urban Public Development Bureau, said, "Even for sites where construction has been completed, we will continue to inspect and manage them until project completion, and we will responsibly carry out the remaining procedures so that the relocated residents can enjoy a stable life in their new homes."
