Chairman Suh Kyungbae, stake to decrease from 9.02% to 8.74%
Suh Hojung to pay gift tax in a lump sum with newly donated shares
Amorepacific Group announced in a public filing on the 25th that Chairman Suh Kyungbae will donate 190,000 common shares of Amorepacific to his second daughter, Suh Hojung.
This represents 0.27% of the total number of shares issued and is worth approximately 30 billion won.
The actual donation date is March 27, and as a result of this donation, Chairman Suh's stake will decrease from 9.02% to 8.74%.

Suh Hojung has been paying gift tax in installments after receiving shares of Amorepacific Group Holdings from Chairman Suh in 2023. She plans to use the newly donated shares to pay the gift tax in a lump sum.
Meanwhile, Suh Hojung joined the Osulloc Product Development (PD) team as a new employee in July last year and is currently working there as a staff member.
