Bizhouse Tops Small Business Survey in Preference and Intention to Use

54.2% Preference Among Those Aware of the Brand
Ranks First with 65.3% Intention to Use

Design platform company Miridii announced on the 25th that its online design and printing commerce service "Bizhouse" ranked first in both preference and intention to use in a brand awareness survey of small business owners.


The survey, commissioned by Bizhouse and conducted by research specialist Market Link, was carried out from December 1 to 12, 2025, targeting 500 small business owners aged 20 to 59 nationwide. It evaluated preference, intention to use, brand image, and other factors for six major domestic online printing platform brands, including Bizhouse.

According to the survey results, Bizhouse's top-of-mind awareness roughly doubled compared to 2024, and it ranked first in preference (54.2%) among those aware of the brand. It also recorded the highest future intention to use at 65.3%, and received positive evaluations in brand familiarity (55.6%) and interest level (59.0%).


The service also performed strongly in user evaluations. Both satisfaction with the printing service and willingness to recommend it ranked first at 83.3%. In terms of image, it scored highly on key items such as "good design" (83.3%), "company reliability" (82.6%), and "easy to use" (80.6%). It also received 56.9% on the "reasonable price" item, earning recognition for both price competitiveness and quality reliability.


For brand image, it received excellent evaluations for being "sophisticated and stylish" (81.9%), having a "professional image" (81.9%), and a "practical image" (78.5%), indicating that small business owners perceive it as a brand that combines professionalism and practicality.
