"Expanding the Game" brand campaign launched
On February 25, K Bank, which is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its launch, announced that it will carry out a brand campaign titled "Expanding the Game" along with a customer appreciation promotion.
K Bank, which began with the establishment of a preparatory corporation on January 7, 2016, is Korea's first internet-only bank and is marking the 10th anniversary of its launch this year.
Over the past 10 years, K Bank has achieved milestones such as launching the banking sector's first 100% non-face-to-face apartment mortgage loan in 2018, partnering to provide real-name accounts for virtual asset exchanges in 2021, and introducing the first real estate-backed loan for individual business owners among internet-only banks in 2024.
K Bank explained that it has chosen "Expanding the Financial Game in Korea" as the core message of this campaign, reflecting its determination to continue expanding the boundaries of finance and pioneering new markets.
The bank plans to drive financial innovation in key areas such as digital assets (including stablecoins), business banking for small business owners, everyday finance, and investment.
To commemorate the 10th anniversary, K Bank is also running a customer appreciation promotion. Until March 10, customers who submit the correct answer to a simple quiz on the promotion page within the K Bank application will be entered into a draw, and 10 correct respondents will each receive 1 don of pure gold as a prize. In addition, 300 more correct respondents will be selected to receive Starbucks Americano coffee coupons.
