2026 Dream Leader Scholarship Certificate Presentation Ceremony Held
125 Billion Won Donated to Over 7,000 Students Since Establishment
DB Kim Junki Cultural Foundation held the "2026 DB Kim Junki Cultural Foundation Dream Leader Scholarship Certificate Presentation Ceremony" at the DB Human Resources Development Center in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province on the 24th.
The selected Dream Leader scholarship students will receive a total of approximately 1.6 billion won in academic encouragement grants over two years. Along with the scholarship benefits, they will directly plan and carry out social contribution activities for one year under the theme of "Leaders Growing Through Encounters and Relationships." They are also scheduled to participate in various programs so that they can grow into talents who put sharing into practice.
DB Kim Junki Cultural Foundation plans to carry out scholarship programs totaling 21 billion won this year. In addition to the Dream Leader scholarship program, it is running continuous scholarship projects for a wide range of students, including the Dream Big scholarship program for "protected youth" and the Dream Master scholarship program for "master's and doctoral students."
Established in 1988, DB Kim Junki Cultural Foundation has been continuously discovering and nurturing talented individuals who will contribute to national and social development, in line with the philosophy of DB Group founder Chairman Kim Junki that "the future belongs to those who challenge themselves with dreams and hopes." Since its establishment, it has invested a total project budget of 125 billion won, provided scholarships to more than 7,000 university students, and held various academic events.
