GS Engineering & Construction Partners with Cha Healthcare to Introduce "Healthcare Concierge"

GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 25th that it will join hands with Cha Healthcare, an affiliate of Cha Biotech, to introduce a "Healthcare Concierge" service to the community facilities of the Seongsu Strategic Maintenance Zone District 1 Housing Redevelopment Zone (Seongsu District 1) complex.

The Healthcare Concierge will be designed as a space within the complex where residents can enjoy health-related services. It will provide customized support for residents, including assistance with making appointments at external hospitals and follow-up support after checkups, and a professional healthcare consultant will be stationed on-site to monitor each resident's health. Based on residents' health and habit data, the company also plans to operate various healthcare programs, such as artificial intelligence (AI)-based diet and lifestyle habit management.

The Healthcare Concierge service is planned to be introduced first in Seongsu District 1, and the scope of complexes to which it is applied will be expanded in the future.
